Referral agencies help us identify and qualify low-income residents and families who meet a C4MO program's criteria. We are uniquely positioned to help relieve their transportation challenges by increasing access to automotive repairs, affordable used auto sales and donated vehicles. To access C4MO Program services a client must be referred by a referral organization listed below in Columbia, Jefferson City, Greater Kansas City and St. Louis , Missouri.
